Stress test machine (TMT)
Our cardiology service has a full time cardiologist and a specialist nurse. Out-patient cardiology clinic offers specialist consultations and non-invasive diagnostic tests including Electrocardiogram (ECG), 2D echo cardiogram (heart ultrasound), colour doppler and stress test (TMT).
Our emergency and inpatient cardiac care unit is fully equipped with patient monitors, and ventilators to receive patients with chest pain and provide emergency cardiac care when required. PIH can also arrange medical aero retrieval medical evacuation if need be, after safe stabilization of the patient. The cardiac care unit is also equipped with a non-invasive temporary pace maker.
