Hospital Executive:
Acting CEO & Consultant Ophthalmologist
Dr. Amyna Sultan, MBBS, FAAO, Diplomate American Board of Ophthalmology
Dr. Sultan has been associated with PIH since its planning and establishment in 2001. She served as the medical director and consultant ophthalmologist from 2001 to 2006 and has been instrumental in the development of PIH, with over 10 years of experience in health services administration and clinical medicine. She is a director on the PIH board and is currently the acting CEO of PIH.
Dr. Sultan obtained her MBBS from Aga khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. Following extensive post-graduate clinical and research work in Ophthalmology at the Hahnemann University, Philadephia and Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA she qualified as the Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
She has served as Assistant Professor in Ophthalmology at the Aga khan University, Karachi, Pakistan, as Medical director of ORBIS International’s Flying Eye Hospital, an international humanitarian charity based in New York, NY, USA and as honorary senior lecturer and external examiner at UPNG school of Medicine in Papua New Guinea.

Medical Director
Dr. Sanjay Aggarwal M.B.B.S, P.G.D.H.H.M., M.B.A. .
Dr.Sanjay Aggarwal, Medical Director of PIH is an experienced clinician, who is also qualified in health and business management. His previous experience includes administration of a 650 bedded multi-speciality, Hospital in Delhi, India and setting up of Telemedicine program.

Hospital Administrator
Mr. Siddhartha Jyothi, B.E, M.H.A
Mr. Jyothi qualified as Maters in Hospital Administration from the reputed Tata Institute of Social Sciences (T.I.S.S) in India and has over 8 years of experience as a hospital administrator. He is also a qualified biomedical engineer and oversees the biomedical support for the hospital, in addition to his administration functions. He also provides guidance to the hospital IT systems. He is a member of the Australian institute of management. (M.A.I.M)
